Athletes will work with Coach Jack Muchnick (See "about us" for bio) in a 25 meter lane. There will be a maximum of only 4 athlete's per session.
~ All strokes (Fly - Back - Breast - Free) ~
~ Including: Turns - Streamlining - Breakouts ~
~ We will also help prepare athlete's for upcoming meets or Team Try-outs ~
