Course (1) APRIL 17th - April 24th
or Course (2) MAY 15th - May 22nd
or Course (3) JUNE 5th - June12th
Possible Other Dates: 5/1 - 5/8, 5/8 - 5/15, 5/22 - 5/29 I will offer 2 of the dates, based upon the majority. PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH AT LEAST 2 CHOICES (or more).

EACH COURSE IS 1-WEEK LONG – STARTING & ENDING ON A SATURDAY
Saturday’s ~8:00am-4:30pm (POOL SKILLS)
Monday through Friday ~5:00-8:30pm
~ Held at North Rockland High School ~

SWIM PRE-TEST
* Must be completed before the 1st day of any course *
(1) 300 yd. swim (100yds. Freestyle w/rythmic breathing, + 100yds. of Breaststroke, + 100 yds. of any combination of Freestyle or Breaststroke)
(2) Sprint 20yds., retrieve brick from bottom and return 20yds. (timed - 1:40 seconds max.)
* Waterfront candidates must swim 550 yards *
SWM PRACTICE TIME WILL BE AVAILABLE
