Course (1) April 30th - May 7th
or Course (2) May 14th - May 21st
or Course (3) June 4th - June 11th
Usually only 2 Courses run, as based on sign-ups. PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH AT LEAST 2 CHOICES (or more).

EACH COURSE IS 1-WEEK LONG – STARTING & ENDING ON A SATURDAY
Saturday’s ~8:15am-4:30pm (POOL SKILLS)
Monday through Friday ~5:00-8:30pm
~ Held at North Rockland High School ~

SWIM PRE-TEST
* Must be completed before the 1st day of any course *
(1) 300 yd. swim (100yds. Freestyle w/rythmic breathing, + 100yds. of Breaststroke, + 100 yds. of any combination of Freestyle or Breaststroke)
(2) Sprint 20yds., retrieve brick from bottom and return 20yds. (timed - 1:40 seconds max.)
* Waterfront candidates must swim 550 yards *
SWM PRACTICE TIME WILL BE AVAILABLE
