Instructional Swim Program for Children able to participate in a small group
(We strive for a ratio of 2 Participants : 1 Instructor)

(4 weeks - as many lessons as you choose)
FEE: $105 1-day/wk. $175 2-day/wk.

GROUP 1 - 4:30 - 5:00PM
GROUP 2 - 5:05 - 5:35PM

SIGN-UPS - RESERVE A SPOT VIA EMAIL
Applications/Waiver can be downloaded (see below) and either brought to Lifeplex, sent back as an attachment via email, or mailed to: Hudson Valley Aquatics, Inc., PO Box 341, Thiells, NY 10984. Application/Waiver can also be picked-up and dropped off at Lifeplex Health Club.
