* NO CLASS 4/5 Monday - Make-up date - 4/23 or on another Friday TBA *
MAKE-UPS are Usually Not Available, but we will do our best if we cancel a lesson - Instructors are scheduled and paid regardless of who shows for the lesson. We will not overload a group or mismatch abilities to satisfy a make-up. There is a good possibility that the make-up Instructor will probably be different that your child's regular Instructor.

SIGN-UPS – RESERVE A SPOT via email or meeting with me at the HS. Follow one of these 3 options: (1) See Coach Muchnick at the pool on Wednesday or Thursday (Feb. 9th – March 25th) from 3:30-5:15pm, or Saturday’s (2/13 - 3/27) from
8:45-10:30am. (2) Send the
completed Application & Waiver Form and full payment to: P.O. Box 822, Suffern,
NY 10901. (3) Open and complete the Application & Waiver Word document and email it back to: coachmuchnick@aol.com.
