EACH COURSE IS 1-WEEK LONG – STARTING & ENDING ON A SATURDAY
Saturday’s ~8:00am-4:30pm (POOL SKILLS)
Monday through Friday ~5:00-8:30pm
~ Held at North Rockland High School ~

SWIM PRE-TEST (*Must be completed before the 1st day of any course*) (1) 300 yd. swim (100yds. Freestyle w/rythmic breathing, + 100yds. of Breaststroke, + 100 yds. of any combination of Freestyle or Breaststroke)
(2) Sprint 25yds., retrieve brick from bottom and return 25yds. (timed - 1:40 seconds max.)
* Waterfront candidates must swim 550 yards *
SWM PRACTICE TIME WILL BE AVAILABLE
